About Candidate
I completed HVAC Technician Certification from HCC, I gained EPA 608 Universal certification, I also have ready a Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technician certification from TDLR and Osha 10, NFPA 70E Certification .
My technical skill:
HVAC & Refrigeration:
• Understanding well of
refrigeration cycle and HVAC
Components in system.
. Refrigerant recovery, vaccum, leak testing ( nitrogen), brazing, replace filter drier, compressor…
• Refrigerant charging and system evaluation using:
o Superheat
o Subcooling
o Temperature split (Delta T)
o Airflow
o Basic HVAC troubleshooting
based on system performance
Electrical:
* 24 VAC circuits:
o Read and interpret HVAC diagram
o Electrical connections and
troubleshooting for:
o Thermostats (24V
control circuits)
o Contactors, relays,
sequencers, Limit switches…
o Safety devices: high/low pressure switches, time-delay relays, ignition, flame sensor, rollout sensor
* 120 & 240 VAC circuit
o Compressors
o Outdoor fan motors
o Indoor blower motors
o Inducer blower
o Air handlers and furnaces components
Location
Education
Inspect why system did not working and find out reasons and make adjustment base on checking electricity circuit Inspect why system is not cool base on check subcooling or superheat, delta T Check filter drier restriction by measure temperature across it and replace it if filter drier was more restriction Recover refrigerant by recover machine, Pump down system, leak test system by pressure system with nitrogen base on rate pressure on rating plate on evaporator, vaccuum system by vacuumed pump Make wire connection base on electrical air handler diagram and electrical condenser diagram by components as: Thermostat, fan relay, sequencer, high pressure switch, time delay relay, heat elements, indoor blower motor, capacitor, compressor, outdoor condenser fan, dual capacitor, potential relay.
Work & Experience
Managed daily maintenance and operation of a multi-unit service apartment building Performed routine inspections and coordinated repairs to ensure equipment operated safely and efficiently Maintained HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems in good working condition Ensured rooms were clean, safe, and comfortable for guests
