Entry Level Dispatcher – El Paso, TX

Black Rhino Energy Services Inc. is a growing oilfield transportation company supporting operations across the Permian Basin. We are seeking a reliable, motivated Dispatcher to support daily driver operations and help keep our fleet moving safely and efficiently as the company continues to expand. The position is located at our dispatch office in El Paso, TX and candidates must live in El Paso TX.

Position Overview
The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating drivers, managing daily schedules, and serving as a central point of communication between drivers, clients, and management. This role requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to make independent decisions within established company procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Assign drivers to loads and manage daily and shift-based schedules
Monitor operations throughout 12-hour shifts to ensure timely and efficient execution
Communicate with drivers, owner-operators, and clients regarding job details and expectations
Handle routine operational issues and problem-solve within established guidelines
Collect, organize, and submit bills of lading, tickets, and other required documentation
Maintain accurate records related to loads, driver activity, and client communication
Respond to non-routine situations and escalate urgent matters such as accidents, breakdowns, or major operational changes to company ownership or management
Ensure drivers are following company rules, safety expectations, and operational procedures
Complete detailed end-of-shift reports
Dispatchers operate with a high level of autonomy in managing day-to-day dispatch matters. Urgent matters, safety incidents, or major operational disruptions are reported directly to the operations manager or company owner.

Qualifications
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple drivers and priorities simultaneously
Comfortable working independently during long shifts
Basic computer and record-keeping skills
Prior dispatch or oilfield experience is a plus but not required

*Our office runs 24-7. Candidates must be punctual and flexible to Day time, overnight, and swing schedules. Our team is small and depends on each other greatly to run dispatch.
