BAS Controls Technician

Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintain and redline drawings and documentation for low voltage systems
Install back boxes and raceways
Coordinate with subcontractors on location material
May assist other trades as needed
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Journeyman Card
Very well-versed in Control Companies such as – Johnson Controls, Siemens, ATS Rocky Mountain and others.
File reports, Daily’s, JHA’s, and Pre task plans
Willing to run several jobs and tech apprentices
Knowledge of local electrical codes
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and written reference material
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to perform mathematical calculations
Ability to diagnose and resolve problems
Ability to use hand and power tools
