Responsibilities:
Provide customer support during field visits or dispatches.
Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing.
Product timely and detailed service reports.
Operate vehicle in a safe manner.
Follow all company procedures and protocols.
Build positive relationships with customer.
Assess customer needs and make appropriate recommendations.
Qualifications:
Proven Field Service experience
Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and provide service support to customers.
Journeyman License preferred
