Job Description

Customer Satisfaction

Respond to the needs of the General Contractor, field personnel in a timely manner.
Communicate honestly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
Follow up on all calls / communicate with customers.

Office Management

Provide adequate and accurate feedback of each field subordinate.
Provide adequate and accurate feedback of each project, including any difficulties, manpower projects, or scheduling conflicts.
Complete and transparent information and communication with the respective Superintendent and Project Manager.
Adhear to the weekly & monthly submissions (Timesheets, Toolbox talks, Daily’s etc.)

Field Management

Provide adequate training to every employee of the company’s Policies and Procedures Manual.
Adhering to all foreman responsibilities defined in the company Foreman’s Manual.
Attendance at reconstruction turnovers.
Adhere to the job startup process and procedure for all projects.
Coordinate with the Superintendent and Project Manager with the project planning phase of each project.
Attend weekly Master Lists (Job Status Report) meetings.
Completion, managing and monitoring of the Project Tasking Report.
Manpower Projections.
Complete weekly 6-week look aheads.
Complete and monitor LEAN Tasking.
Job Cost review.
Adhere to and train field personnel of proper safety protocols of each project.
Follow all polices and procedures defined in the company Safety Manual.
Hold field personnel accountable for their respective tasks, and make sure they are doing and completing what is required of them.
Develop, monitor and execute Quality Control.
Quarterly reviews on field personnel.
Subcontractor Coordination
Reporting and General Contractor performance.

Field Functions:

Able to perform all duties of a licensed electrician
Provide support and direction to all field personnel
Provide insight and support to reduce risk and capitalize on opportunities to be successful
-ob specific training
Provide Pre-walk inspections with the Superintendent
Schedule all inspections as needed
Project Punch List completion
As-builts
